1. What are the logistics (shipping) costs?

For orders under $45, a standard shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $45.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using:

  • The carrier’s official tracking system, or
  • Universal tracking platforms such as 17Track
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
3. How do I return an item?

For health and hygiene reasons, compression socks cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper use or handling.

4. How do I use a coupon code?

To apply a coupon code:

  1. Add your items to the shopping cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your promotional code in the designated field and click “Apply”

Please note:

  • Only one coupon code may be used per order
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
5. What if the products I received are damaged or missing items?

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@jielioik.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

  • Keep all original packaging
  • Provide clear photos of the issue if possible
  • Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
6. What happens if an item is on backorder?

In the rare event that an item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us at support@jielioik.com, and we will provide an updated shipping timeline or assist with alternative solutions.

8. Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet after payment?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
If you have not yet received a tracking number, possible reasons include:

  • Payment verification taking longer than usual (this is typically resolved quickly)
  • The product being temporarily out of stock (please check the product page for availability notes)

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

9. What are your estimated delivery times?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and begin after order processing. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Typical estimates are:

  • United States: 6–8 business days
  • Germany: 5–7 business days
  • France: 6–8 business days
  • Netherlands: 5–7 business days
  • Spain: 6–9 business days
