30-Day Comfort Guarantee
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if your item meets one of the conditions listed below.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty
- Items received in the wrong size, color, or style
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused items that simply didn’t meet your expectations
⚠️ Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, compression socks must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a verified product defect.
Items We’re Unable to Accept
While we do our best to be flexible, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Final sale or clearance items, unless they arrive defective
Color & Fit Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, please note:
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches
- Fit may feel different depending on leg shape, calf width, and personal comfort preferences
- These natural variations are not considered product defects. Returns due to personal preference regarding color or fit are subject to our standard return policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
We’ve made the process simple and stress-free:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@jielioik.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our support team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return approval
- Return instructions
- Return address (if applicable)
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (please print and enclose with the returned package)
Step 3: Ship the Item
Please return the item according to our instructions and email us:
- Your return tracking number
- A copy of your shipping receipt (if available)
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 48 hours
- PayPal refunds usually appear within 24 hours
- Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Return Shipping
- For returns due to fit preference or personal reasons, return shipping costs are thecustomer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping (Photo confirmation is required)
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days within the USA & Canada
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@jielioik.com, and we’ll assist you in checking with the carrier.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
