- Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.
- Delivery to remote areas or islands within these countries may take 2-3 extra business days.

- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $45 USD.
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also track your order anytime on our carrier’s official site or universal tracking platforms like 17Track.
Important Information for You
- Processing Schedule: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: Need to change your shipping address? Please contact us immediately at support@jielioik.com. We can only modify the address before your order is handed over to the carrier.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. JIELIOIK is not liable for these additional charges. We declare the accurate value of all packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Delivery Confirmation: Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient once the tracking status is updated to “Delivered” by the carrier.
- Investigation Assistance: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local postal office. If the issue persists, contact us within 3 business days at support@jielioik.com, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
- Delays: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time (e.g., 8 business days for the US), please contact us, and we will help trace it.
